- We call you. Our team walks you through CasaVista and recommends a plan.
- We set up your account. You get your admin login, add your menu, tables and staff, and start taking orders.
Questions restaurant owners ask
Does the waiter app work without internet?
Yes. Waiters take orders from the menu stored on their phone. Orders made offline are saved on the phone and sync automatically when the connection returns, without creating duplicates. The phone needs to connect at least once a day to stay in sync.
Does CasaVista support GST?
Yes. You configure your tax rates, such as CGST and SGST, and every bill shows them. You can also set a maximum discount your managers can give.
Can I use a kitchen printer instead of a screen?
Yes. Send kitchen tickets to a kitchen display, a ticket printer, or both.
How does billing for CasaVista work?
Subscriptions run by financial year (April to March) for 1, 3 or 5 years, with a discount for longer terms. If you join mid-year, the first year is charged only for the remaining days. More about plans.
Which devices do I need?
The POS, admin and kitchen display run in a web browser on a tablet, laptop or desktop. The waiter app runs on Android and iOS phones.
